Scratchings.
Any chance you can start selling pork scratchings as well? Then I can get all my needs in one place.
You could ask the pig farm round the corner if they can do you some local ones?
Failing that any of the general 'Authentic Black Country' ones (but not the KP/Mr Porky supermarket ones...and definitely not 'pork crunch').
Failing that, and sorry to go 'local' again. The best scratchings I've found locally were in the Butchers in Lyndhurst, followed by one in Winchester. Seemed to be 'home made' ones. There is a stall on Salisbury Market which sells the BC ones (Tue & Sat) at 60p per pack. Bottom corner near the library crossing.
