Rocker APA
I brought the Rocker kit instead of the Way To Amarillo.
I can only boil 8 lts of water not the 10.
Would it be ok if I did this way and added more water in the fermentor?

Hi Lol, it will be fine. Perhaps add 20% less spraymalt at the beginning to keep the boil gravity the same so only add 800g instead of 1kg and then the balance at the end otherwise less bitterness will be extracted from the hops which will alter the flavour a bit.

Thanks Greg, been great weekend, entered Summer Ale in Produce show got 2nd prize, brought load of home cake!
