I refuse to have anything to do with twatter, in the same way that I refuse to have anything to do with arsebook.
Here's an interesting little bit of info I picked up at a conference today. It took arsebook 4 years to reach the same audience that it took TV 50 years to reach: 50 million.
I shall continue to taste beer with my tastebuds. Just call me Victor Meldrew
Incidentally (again): Just had a nice sharp beer called Whitehorse from Wayland Smithy in Wetherspoons.

I missed this post the other day. Looks quite interesting although not sure quite how it will work.
We have a twitter account (brewuk)so I'm going to follow this now and see what happens.

Just reread my post ... christ I must have been in a bad mood than night... I think that was the night the missus decided to give me grief over 'that bloody brewery'
Sorry .. please feel free to ignore!

Don't worry about it Tony. I know what you mean about twitter and facebook but love or hate they are here to stay so might as well embrace them.

You're right .. I've just been looking up ways that I can improve the transfer for students from primary to secondary school .. I'm going to set up a facebook page (yeah I know, I know!) so the year 6 students can ask Year 7 students what secondary school is like.
Should be a laugh :o) I'm going to have to ask out ICT people how best to set it up... looks like a minefield to me!

I tend to use Twitter more than facebook as I like following celebs and big brands and it has a better commercial presence than Facebook. Facebook is great for keeping in touch with old friends though.
