bantzRapid Fermentation

Hi all! I know this is very similar to a question i asked previously but I have a repeat issue! I brewed the summer ale recipe late on thursday night, pitched the yeast at 5am on fri morn. I got a decent enough frothy top in the FV and good bubbling action in the airlock by fri night. The bubbling has now stopped, totally! there is a lot of yeast built up at the bottom of the FV, i can see it through the side of the bucket. I havent opened the lid so think it should still be airtight. Is it really worth doing a gravity check after only three days?

Hi Bantz, its warm and So4 is a fast fermenter so its probably is done. Take a hydrometer read to see what's happening.

    Planning:Maybe a lager.
    Fermenting:
    Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
    Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning
