Pouring a pint from the barrel. Humph.
Wherry - lovely. Not cleared but lovely. Only probblem - it comes out of the tap like nobody's business and it takes ages for my pint of foam to turn into beer
I've released gas from the barrel on a few occasions but nothing seems to remedy this. Any ideas?

The answer. Pour it very, very slowly. Then pour a 2nd glass and place in the fridge to settle while you drink the first. Top up the 2nd when halfway through the 1st and repeat the process until the barrel is empty!
Planning: - To get some more brews on now the weather's a bit cooler
Fermenting: - Ginger Beer experiment
Conditioning: - A normal bitter with Styrians
Drinking: - All of it!!
