As you can see they are all similar, the first one is a SMSH (single mash single hop) and the other two are just there to use up a few bits of mine. The only other thing I was going to play around with is the mash temp. Should I produce a thin, medium or fuller bodied beer? I normally go for medium (65c) but Im up for a change. Looking at a web page it seems that:-
a)60c mash makes a highly fermentable thin beer
b)65c mash makes a medium body beer with bother fermentable and non fermentable sugars
c)70c mash makes a fuller bodied beer with more unfermentable sugars
Funny thing is Beersmith wont change the abv when changing the temp which I thought it would..... anyway I digress!
Whaddya reckon then guys? Pick a beer and pick a mash schedule!

Recipe 3, mash 3. Why not.
Actually thinking about this, the mash temp may be Simons problem with high finishing gravity!!
Fermenting:
Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning

Hey Nath .. I'd go for 1b .. but up the initial bittering hops to at least double.
Tried to answer you yesterday but was doing it on my phone at my parent's house in devon (still there but using the old man's computer)
Good luck with it, when are you oplanning to brew?
Don't forget the pics!

Ooo yes, give it to me!
Had a lovely pint of Proper Job down there .. love to know the IBUs in that, says on the pump 'powerfully hopped'
And by george, it is!
How about 1c, upping the hops but giving you some residual sweetness to counter it. Best beer I've made (in recent years) was hopped at 65 and the one in secondary at the moment is around the 75 mark. Can't wait to taste it (if it ever stops fermenting). This is the one I added a little palm sugar too ... the yeast seems to like it :o)
OK final suggestion: 1C with 15 g of pilgrim for dry hopping
:o)
When is the brew?
