Inspired by Wurzel's Orange Wine

Thought it was time to try and brew a wine. Not sure how to bottle it - suggestions welcome.

385g White granulated cane sugar
1 Litre Salisbury’s basic Orange juice.
1 Litre Salisbury’s White Grape & Peach Juice Drink
1/2 tsp. Young’s Wine Yeast

~1 x 5 Litre Mineral Water

Sanitise and rinse all equipment.

Boil about 1 Litre of water. Add sugar. Boil for about 5 minutes (until bored)
Add 1.5 Litre of cold water and pour in to Empty 5 litre mineral water bottle (poor man’s DJ)
Add Orange Juice.
Add Grape and Peach Juice
Add 1 x mug of tea (for the tannin)
Add water to fill bottle to 4 litre mark (this one might be a heavy bubbler)
Add Wine Yeast.
