This is the first time I have brewed this one. I can't remember when I barrelled it, but it must be coming up to 5 or so weeks. It tates excellent, full bodied bitter. But it looks like a red/brown mud. Does it clear if I leave it long enough, I must admit that given the recent warm whether my larder isn't as cold as it could be.

Despite the look of it I can still recommend it, because it really is an excellent beer (like all the other woodefordes)

It should clear up given time, but hey if it tastes good then who cares! Glad to hear the kit was a success

I have just finished a barrel of this and it is a very dark Red beer you have to hold a light behind it to see through it

    Thanks guys.

I think it is a little clearer, but not much. It does taste great though so I will just tuck in.

I will certainly do this one again though
