I have started off a Nelsons Revenge kit and as yet it has not started fermenting. It is in a warm room and the og is the same as when i started it so I fear that the yeast was duff... I presume I can add fresh yeast but I do not know which one... Please help...

It would be good to get some by fri so that I can try and get this bottled and on the way to done by the new year...

Cheers
Danny

+1 to PMA, as long as its in a safe area you could wait 24 (48 sometimes) hours to see if fermentation has kicked off. If it doesn't, get another yeast pitched directly into the fv, any ale yeast of your choice will do. I would recommend some s-04. Fast acting clean dry yeast.

Drinkin' - nowt, it's all gone

Loads a beer after an upgrade!
