    Hi Brewbabe,

I would leave to clear naturally. Move somewhere cool and be patient. It can take 4 or even 5 weeks depending on conditions but it will get there eventually.

The things you are on about are called finnings by the way - Just for future reference.

Hi Dan thanks and nice to meet you.

    It is Wherry yes Nath812.

caught the cat having a sniffter today, got it on the side in the kitchen !!!!!! probably not the best place. My barrel has started dripping from the tap too. Oh no have I broke it already???????? This is like my new surogate baby, I'm having sleepless nights!

Doubt you have broken it! you most likely have over closed the tap! (I had the same problem the first time I used my barrel)

If the barrel is at 12 o'clock the tap needs to be turned to 3 o'clock! anything between 1 and 3 o'clock can make it drip!
