New Year's Resolutions!
I would be interesting to see what you are all planning for the New Year.
Personally, I can see a reduction of spending on Home Brewing, partly because I really don't think we will have much spare money in the next 12 months and partly because I'm getting better at it and throwing less away!
So, New Year's Resolutions:
1) Set up a new business to help bolster my lorry driving income which is set to take a big nose-dive.
2) Organise my brewing better so I don't buy unnecessary ingredients and cut back the waste.
3) Save for a rainy day (lots to come in the next few years)
Planning: - To get some more brews on now the weather's a bit cooler
Fermenting: - Ginger Beer experiment
Conditioning: - A normal bitter with Styrians
Drinking: - All of it!!

Mine's simple.
To be better, failing that not to be worse.

Nath I've been trying that one for ages but just works out as more beer more often.
