Okay, thought I'd better put you out of your misery. Sorry about the photo, I took some today but haven't got the lead to connect download them to my computer.

Its 100l in the fermenter although I don't think I'll be brewing that much very often, more like 50 litres at a time and its basically a mini brewery, 100% stainless steel on casters so you can move it about.

Planning to get a brew on just after Xmas. Can't wait as I've not brewed anything for about 3 months.

First up is 60l Ringwood Fortyniner.

Got the yeast starter going as I need to make it to about 8 litres, although I'm planning to do 2 litres at a time, let that ferment out, drop the yeast, pour of the liquid and repeat over a few days until I've added 8 litres total spraymalt mix.

This is going to be a learning curve for sure but lots of fun.

The layout is HLT at the top, Mash tun on the left with boiler on the right. Both Mash tun and boiler have a plastic protector on in this photo but they are the same as the HLT underneath.

That photo is from the chap who built it for me before he delivered it and it looks even better now.

I don't use this much Greg but OMG!!! That is beer porn at it's best....

Looking forward to seeing that bubbling away in action that's for sure.

Can i ask how much did that set up cost? Couple of hundred? Grand? I salute you on that one mate.

    Neil.

Thanks chaps, it's even better that it looks.

Neil it wasn't cheap but it was pretty reasonable for what it is. Less than £2k. I actually sold some bits and pieces to pay for it so it didn't hurt too much and to be honest it will save me quite a bit as I won't need to buy any beer any more.

Thanks Tony. It makes my burco look like a baby (and also makes my garage look very messy!)

I can't wait to get it brewing, hopefully between Xmas and NYE then every weekend for a few weeks although I'm going to have to drink a fair bit to keep up, oh well its a hard life

Just need to get the garage fully converted into a proper brewing man cave.

That looks a fantastic piece of kit Greg.

Hi Hamish, yes sure is. A very chunky one too. I'm not sure how many plates but it looks like its got a lot.

I'm going to change the fittings to stainless steel camlocks so I can reverse the flow to back flush after use.

Lots of learn but its all good fun.
