i am wanting to make a rustic cider ( like a dry scrumpy) i have so far made the magnum kit and am currently on with the black rock kit, i have separated the second kit into 2 containers though and added apples to one container. Does anyone know if this will help or have any tips/recipes . ps iam quite new to all this so you will have to explain in simple terms with quantities. thanks
