Ok, it's the second time I've made this brew. The first one was brilliant but this time, after 7 days of fermenting my current batch is incredibly dark, I had a sample and it tastes like a stout.

Have I done something wrong or is it possible the wrong cans were packaged (maybe Milestones Black Pearl)?
