Maximum 6 litre
Have done the summer ale and very pleased, I used a large pot for the boil which was just about big enough.
I'd like to do something different but don't have a 20 or 30 lt boiler.
Has anyone got any recipes that are suitable.
Regards

Hi Lol,
You can do any recipe in a 6 litre pan you just need to adjust the hops or reduce the amount of malt put in initially so that the gravity of the boil is lower otherwise you will end up being a lot less bitter than the recipe.
Like I said to Freddy, best thing to do is download Beersmith as this will enable you to convert any recipe.
If that looks a bit daunting then I could convert a recipe for you if you post it but its definitely worth getting your head round some brewing software as you will need to at some point if you want to make up your own recipes.
There was another free software posted here and those who downloaded said it looked pretty good.
I like beersmith and also beersmith is really good for extract brewing as it allows you to add malt post boil which is what you will need to do. Beersmith also have a free trial download but it only cost about $20 for the full version which is well worth the money. I couldn't brew without it now. Even if I follow a recipe from a book I still put it through beersmith so it adjusts to my equipment and also gives you all the water calculations etc that you need, which then forms a work sheet for brew day.
If you tell me what sort of beer you want to brew then I'm sure we can find a recipe and convert for a 6 litre boil.
