Who's going to be the first to brew a beer at 32°C.
Planning: Wheat beer fermented with Schneider Weisse yeast, a Stout, lots of hoppy pale ales
Fermenting: Summer pale ale
Maturing/Conditioning: Marynka pseudo-lager
Drinking: Wheat beer, ESB, Vienna lager & shop bought stuff

Are you sure it's from this planet? Oh yes. Australia. Why is it all the good stuff seems to come from the other side of the world lately? Don't think I'll try the 32°c brew, cos my aquarium heater don't go that high! Typically Aussie, though. Rather than spend a fortune trying to combat the sweltering weather, just find a yeast that copes. Simples! (Sorry. Wrong continent.)
Planning: - To get some more brews on now the weather's a bit cooler
Fermenting: - Ginger Beer experiment
Conditioning: - A normal bitter with Styrians
Drinking: - All of it!!
