Has anyone got any recommendations for a port kit, or for turning a kit red wine into a fortified wine? (Or failing that, any advice at all on making port?!?)

    Hi Neil and welcome to the forum.

    Port is not something that I've tried to make but hopefully someone can help.

    Planning:Maybe a lager.
    Fermenting:
    Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
    Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning
