Hi guys

Sampled my punk IPA extract clone last night and noticed the first glass had loads of lil flakes floating around in it, apon discarding this glass I left an hour and poured another glass to find less but still little White flakes in my beer which eventually settle but are easily disturbed.

Never had this with any of my previously brews but this is the first brew I've used isinglass in which I prepared a couple of days before hand in some spring water.

Is this something anyone else has experienced?

Isinglass does that. Is it in a barrel or bottles? If it's kept cool it should drop to the bottom in 2 or 3 days from adding finings, but is quite flighty so cannot be disturbed.
If bottling it needs to go into a barrel or secondary for this stage, I give four or five days.
The first pint out may have dandruff, but it should be O.K after that.
