nath812Lager with no name - Taste test!

1 year ago | Nath (Moderator)

Well its been a long long time! I think in total from brewday till ready to drink 7 weeks, but feels like lots longer!

Its a really nice lager (thanks greg for the recipe - see here http://www.brewuk.co.uk/forum/topic/2-in-a-day-but-the-brew-gods-were-against-me), unfortunatly I messed up with the gelatine but to be honest you dont taste anything and its only jelly (or hoof whichever you prefer). Most of it settles out but I think a shake and then a long time in the fridge will compact it out. Crystal clear sparkly beer though.

Id definatly do it again, maybe with a bit more Sazz in the end and maybe a lil for aroma.

Drinkin' - nowt, it's all gone
Plannin'-
Loads a beer after an upgrade!

Excellent - well worth the wait! :o)

Beer will get you through the times of no money better than money will get you through the times of no beer
