Infusion Tea Wine
1 Box (20) Infusion Tea Bagss
2 litres 100% White Grape Juice (cartons from supermarket)
2lbs sugar
1tsp Citric Acid
1/2tsp Grape Tannin
White Wine Yeast

I Infused the bags for 30 minutes in 3 pints boiling water. Then Strained the tea bags and pressed them to get out the juices and flavor!
Then added the sugar to the liquor, and Stirred until it dissolved. I then let it cool and added the tannin, acid to the liquor and placed into a DJ along with 1L of the Grape juice, and pitched the yeast after a couple of days i have added the other 1L of grape juice and topped up the DJ with water to the 5gal mark!
This can be made with any infusion tea’s!
