Hi all. I'm a beginner. Why is there a fermenter and a glass demijohn? Do I have to leave the pulped/pressed apples in the plastic for a time and then syphon the liquid into the glass? If so. how long before I move it into the glass demijohn? Thanks for your help, Richard
