When the hot break appears at the top when boiling should it be skimmed off the top or would you just leave it the brown foam that is , I've read some were that its best to remove is that true please

    Nah, don't bother with that, sounds like nonsense to me.

    Planning: Wheat beer fermented with Schneider Weisse yeast, a Stout, lots of hoppy pale ales
    Fermenting: Marynka pseudo-lager
    Maturing/Conditioning:
    Drinking: Wheat beer, ESB, Vienna lager & shop bought stuff

    It's kind of all the way through the brew. You then hope for a decent cold break, so it all drops to the bottom and you leave it behind.
