Hoarding hops
I just took a trip out to the garage to see what in the way of hops was open and needed using up.
It appears that, like any new thing I take interest in, I have been hoarding huge quantities of (in this case) hops. There's around 4kg in total! And apparently there are some growing in the garden.
I think I need to get drinking...
Planning: Hardcore IPA clone
Fermenting: Damson pale
Conditioning: Morello Cherry Lambic 2
Drinking: Schneider Weisse Tap 7 clone, Morello Cherry Lambic 1, Rauchbier

How about a 20ltr brew 50g at start of boil 1950g for 5mins and dryhop the other 2kg!

Though maybe 1950g at 90 mins, 50g at 5 and 2kg dry... I do love dem IBUs
