StarkieHelp choosing a beer

Hello Everyone,

With Christmas and New year on the way I am looking to get some more booze on the go. Have a wonderful ginger ale in the bottle and its time to get something in the barrel.

I am not really up on my beer terms and descriptions but I was wondering if anyone can recommnend a good ale (not lager) that is a light in colour. I know tha might not make much sense, 'light in color'. If anyone has drank harvest pale (castle rock) something like that. a sort of very light coloured hoppy beer/ale. I've perused the online shop but I am not sure if what I am looking at is correct.

Hope I make sense

Planning - first AG brew
In the Barrel - Golden Ale (woodfords)
In the Fermenter - Elderflower wine
Drinking - Nothing home made

Are you looking for a Beer Kit? If so then Milestone's Fixby Gold is light in colour and hoppy. I've brewed it and it was very nice. One word though, don't bother with the teabag of hops if it smells musty.

Planning: Something with Styrians, Discovery Clone

    Condtioning:
    Drinking: Twibute Clone, PJ Clone

Yes looking for a Beer Kit, I'll take a look at the fixby gold. That new Raspberry kit for milestones looks good
