Just started with my first kit from BrewUK..... looking good so far. I've already ordered more yeast and bottles for batch 2! (Oh, it's elder flower champagne by the way ;o)
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at BrewUK and all the peeps on the forum for your help, hints and reassurance.
Can't wait to let you know if it went flat or if it was a sparkling success.

Bottling up tomorrow, sit it in a wine rack for 2 weeks then POP-GLUG-buuuuuuuUUUUrrrrrp! I've just ordered more stuff for batch no.2 so I can make the most of the flowers still appearing on the elder trees. I blame that gimp Hugh Fernley Whittingstall........ ;o)

Is it a big pond? Ducks are mega messy in water if I remember correctly. Got any carp in it?

No carp. The guy who was here last took them with him. At about a zillion squid a pop, I'd hav taken the little buggers with me too! Ducks are ACE.
