Hello from Northamptonshire
A very good evening to you all.
Been AG brewing now for about 6 months and except for one brew which ended up down the drain im very impressed with the results.
Also im into making wines from anything i can find.

Hello there and welcome to the forum.
What happened with the beer that went down the drain?
Fermenting:
Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning

couldnt get the FG below 1.020.tried re-pitching more yeast and adding nutreants and sill nothing. left it a couple of weeks in the secondry and in the end it turned to vinager.

I tried a hobgoblin .. nowhere near the original .. but made a nice pint :o)

Good man. I (so far) have done have done beer in the style of:-
IPA, English Bitter and just about to do a Lager.
Trouble is I like most beer types so I gotta try em all!

I'm originally from Northamptonshire.. Brackley to be exact. But now reside in Norfolk. Lots of local breweries around.
