I'm Dan aka DanDan! I'm a outdoor instructor with a passion for homebrewing! I make both Wine, Beer and turbo cider!! quite few months ago I progressed on to All Grain brewing and have't looked back since!

Im still to convert to the AG, Still extract at the moment! I must change soon though!!
