It's known as chill haze.
Essentially, there are some proteins still in the beer that are dispersed at room temperature, but that join together when chilled and make the beer cloudy. This protein, now clumped together, is heavier than the beer in which is it suspended so given time, the beer will clear again and leave the sediment at the bottom of the bottle provided it is kept cold.
The cure? Get it boiling as quickly as possible, boil it hard and then get it down to pitching temperature as quickly as possible. This causes all the protein to come out of solution before it even makes it into the fermenter, never mind into your bottles.
Fermenting: Damson pale
Conditioning: Morello Cherry Lambic 2
Drinking: Schneider Weisse Tap 7 clone, Morello Cherry Lambic 1, Rauchbier
