Ginger Beer How much priming sugar needed ?
[/b]Hi newbie here ! made some good cider kits ! Now experimenting with ginger beer ! only prob is i am getting mixed messages as to the amount of priming sugar ! As can be quite volatile ????

What are you storing the beer in and at what volumes?

Righty, well as long as its finished fermenting then 1/2 tsp per bottle will be ok if you want to err on the safe side!
