blackhatchetboyGiant Heed!

I brewed a Coopers kit the other month and It's beautifully clear but the head is awfully big. I left it another few weeks but still big frothy head. I guess I've barrelled too early, or put too much sugar in the barrel but does anyone know how I can sort it out?

Draw a few pints off (and drink them) which should hopefully decrease the pressure. Its a tough job but someone's got to do it.

    You could also try this.

    Planning:Maybe a lager.
    Fermenting:
    Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
    Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning
