Have had this one in the FV since the 14/4 It is now at ABV of 1.004 and is as clear as a bell but hardly any taste I did when I made it add 250g med malt extract Thoughts on this Please It seems a bit odd to me

5 gal geordie bitter
5 gal St Peters Golden Ale as per tin
Youngs Harvest Mild
all a bit moded

    How much total extract did you use? If it was only 250g then thats your problem. If you used 250g extra then it will be fine but you will have to wait to see how the flavour develops.

    Cool. Well I'd just leave it for a while to be honest. It always amazes me what time does to homebrew. Is this the first kit you have done?

    No I have been doing them for months First time I have tried this one though. I have been trying them with added malt hops etc to see the effect
