Forum Brew: 'op it!
Hey all
couldn't resist sampling a bottle of the brew and inspired by the taste I've decided to change the name (and create a new label). Nice colour, great hops and hoping that its going to clear in a week or so.

10.00 gm Northern Brewer [10.50 %] (5 min)
1 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 15.0 min)
SafAle English Ale (S-04)

What kinda accent do you use when you say op' it?
Conditionin' - LEB Pale
Conditionin' - Thwaits Nutty Black
Plannin' - A user upper!

:o) Cheers BM ..... this is the first time I've used just pale malt on its own .. rather pleased with it!
Nath ... It would have to be followed by a 'Cor blimey gov'nor' or possibly a Vinnie Jones type thing going on.
