Flavapak when to add. also is 10 day ok for primary
I split my last question in to this one so i can get on with this asap.
I bought the st peters ruby red, muntons beer enhancer and the flavapak. happy with it all now but when do i add the flava pak.
also i'm away next week but want to get on with this.
Is it ok to leave the st peters ruby red and coopers pilsner for about 10-12 days as i am away on course next week.

Not sure when to add a flavapack but 10 - 12 days will be fine, and may even benifit the beer, allowing the yeast a bit of extra time to clean up after themselves.
edit - just had a look around and it seems that you add it before the yeast and as a "tea" (meaning that you steep it in water for 30 mins)
You may well be able to just add it to the fermenter as is, I would call the manufacturer if worried - Brupaks, cant remember the number but a nice guy.

when you mean tea i take its only the juice i use and not the hops aswell

If memory serves me its in a bag (like a tea bag). So all you would do in infuse the hops with the water then add the water.
