with big proud eyes i saw a lovely head on my first attempt at a wherry, its now in the shed clearing for a week. it tasted lovely, fruity and wasnt too cloudy considering it had been in the barrel only 5 days. only thing was that there was too much fizz to it, so much so it took away from the experience. is this normal early on in the brew or do i have a problem?
