First fermentation
Morning all (nope not the police)
Happy New Year all.
Newbie here and even though been reading the posts I have such a long list of questions.
Being though Santa has been one excellent gift was the Muntons gold kit. Its now in the first fermentation bucket (which has tap at bottom) what I would like to know is do I keep the lid fitted tightly or do I sit the lid on top? Its on tightly just hope that was the correct thing to do.
I can resist everything except temptation
