Is 'ok'. bottled at 5.1% Too sweet for me but the wife likes it. Cannot wait to try the windfalls with that press ;-)

How are your apples looking? My tree looks a little bare at the moment.

aha I don't actually have any apple trees at home but am lucky enough to have friends that do. Yes think it may be a late harvest this year..
