fallen at the first hirdle
Hello everyone sorry to do a first post without introducing myself first but hear goes,i recieved my woodfords wherry kit today this is my first one, so i got down to cleaning everything before i started the good bit.I opened the kit but no yeast inside so my question is, do i just buy brewing yeast? and how much do i put in ? fab site by the way.

Yes any ale yeast would be fine. Did you buy from BrewUK because if so we'll send a replacement tomorrow for you.

All the best laid plans and all that! If your near a homebrew shop then some cheap so-4 yeast will do it fine, but like greg says if ya bought it from here he will send one out asap!
Wherry is a classic pint, the kit is a great way to start on the hOmebREwing JouRNEy!

Just had my first pint of my Pimped Wherry from a mini keg. Very nice. Reminds me a little of Old Speckled Hen but not quite so biscuity (<- made up word).
Definitely a good kit to start with.
