Good luck, they're about as common as rocking horse poo.
You could visit Beers of Europe & buy 20 bottles but they'll charge you a deposit for the crate.

Hamish...
Beers of Europe is absolute heaven! Best bit is i live 45 minute drive from there. I am like a kid in a sweet shop there
But as you say they should have plenty of crates there. I am not sure how much of a deposit or how much they'd charge for one?
As Hamish said Beerlover.... get yourself over there or even phone them up http://www.beersofeurope.co.uk or http://www.beersofeurope.com ?

Hamish,
When ever you're in Norfolk let me know i live in Norwich which has plenty of real ale pubs... maybe meet up for a pint and put the world to right etc...
When ever i go there i always find new and interesting beers there. Some you're never likely to ever see in the normal shops.
Clicky thingy?

Clicky thingy... http://pdtnc.wordpress.com/2009/02/22/make-your-own-beer-bottle-crates/
Beer & putting the world to rights sounds good but its only ever a flying visit. I like Norfolk & the county has a great brewing tradition, probably because its the best place in the country for growing malting barley.

Oh yes the Bread Basket of the country... 34 breweries in Norfolk now. How much beer do i get to drink?
I might have to follow those instructions on how to make my own beer crate although wood work was never a strong point at school.

cheers for help that beers of europe looks fantastic bit far for me but i think i may have to make a order online they have such a range its very impresive .Having tried most of the bottled beers in supermarkets they certianly have a fair few more.
And on the beer crate front i found someone at my work who may be able to get them direct from a brewery for me so that will be a result if it comes through.

Hi beerlover1983
Beer crates no but milk crates - visit/phone your local dairy factory. They normally have thousands. I was given 5 for free. Perfect for storing and bottling.

The thing is though crossssssy they're 2 quid at Beers of Europe, the only trouble is you have to buy £40 of beer as well.
