Elderflower Champagne Help
Hi All,
I recently made some elderflower champagne following the brewuk recipe. I tried some last night and it is very dry and bitter, does anyone know how i can make it more palatable or why it is like this. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi Polly, not sure why it tastes like that, probably down to fermentation as it's been quite warm recently. Not a lot you can do about it except mix it with something like lemonade when you serve it.
