    Hi Beerlover1983,
I should think it will be fine.

I’ve had the same trouble from time to time, but never had any problems with contamination the heavy flow is all one way so nothing is likely to get back into the container.

In fact I have seen advice just to “cover loosely” until the first vigorous ferment is finished in some old country recipes.

I had the same with three gals of wine recently, I just popped it back into the brewing bucket for a few days so the froth can’t reach the air lock.

    Best wishes :-),
    Uncorked.

It'll be fine but if you don't want a mess fit a blow off tube.

Fit a syphon tube to the bung then put the other end in a bottle with a little water in the bottom to keep it air tight.

Planning: Wheat beer fermented with Schneider Weisse yeast, a Stout, lots of hoppy pale ales
    Fermenting: Marynka pseudo-lager
    Maturing/Conditioning:
Drinking: Wheat beer, ESB, Vienna lager & shop bought stuff

    heh heh, nice fermentation BL!
I've had that happen several times so now I do the first 4 days of any wine fermentation in a bucket (FV) with a loose lid.

As Greg says - what is it? My guess would be a WOW....?

Beer will get you through the times of no money better than money will get you through the times of no beer

It is tropical cocktail juice thoaght i would experiment and i used champagne yeast which for the firs time i rehydrated the yeast.Dont know if they aided the volcano effect.

Didnt realise it was going to so crazy i did leave some space for the ferment i guess it was not enough.
