Hi again folks!
I've been looking at doing a coopers IPA and they are suggesting to use coopers Dextrose and coopers light dry malt... I can't find anywhere in the UK that stocks this?
am i missing something? In Oz and the US no probs getting coopers Dextrose?? help.

Hi Jase, Unfortunately I don't think you'll find coopers dextrose in the UK but the Coopers beer enhancer 1 which contains Dextrose and Spraymalt would work just as well.
Fermenting:
Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning

yep don't think it has to be coopers. dextrose is dextrose no matter who sticks the brand name on it.
I'm guessing there's not much difference between different brands light spray malt either. they just want you to buy there's so that they get your money.
Conditioning - Woodfords Great eastern ale, Parsnip wine, Rhubarb wine.
Brewing - nothing at the minute
Planing - Coopers ginger beer, 5L turbo peach thanks to bmsleight, maybe beetroot wine if there enough spare on the alotment,

hmmm wouldn't recomend it. nothing wrong with it just a bit lacking in something. I'd added beer enhancer and falva pack but not really hoppy enough to be an IPA in my opinion. let me know how that one turns out.
