Hi all
Just bought a coopers apa,Was told to use brewing sugar instead of BKH which the kit says use would this be ok?

BKH, is that brew enhancer?, if so then its probably the same as brewing sugar. Looks bit like Coopers trying to get you to buy more of their stuff. Either will be fine as will dried malt extract which will give the beer a bit more body.

A final gravity of 1012 or below I should think but it depends a bit upon the yeast you're using.

    OG-FG/7.4 = %ABV

Planning: Wheat beer fermented with Schneider Weisse yeast, a Stout, lots of hoppy pale ales
    Fermenting: Marynka pseudo-lager
    Maturing/Conditioning:
Drinking: Wheat beer, ESB, Vienna lager & shop bought stuff

yep, dead on! (well they wouldnt mention any other products would they! That would just be bad business!)

If its a coopers yeast then I expect the fg will be a little lower. Brewing sugar is fine, next time use dried malt and see what difference it makes to the kit.

Drinkin' - nowt, it's all gone
    Plannin'-
Loads a beer after an upgrade!
