Conditioning temperature
Hi,
I have just bottled half and barrelled half of my first Wherry brew. It is currently conditioning in a warm place ? - the kitchen at 20 C. Apart from when the heating goes off and the temperature drops some. Is this temperature sufficient to condition the beer? and for how long should I leave before moving it into the garage?

Five days as you have it, and then a couple of weeks in the garage would be fine. But seven days, then Three weeks in the garage perfect.
