I don't know mate, but hopefully someone with more knowledge will be along soon to help out!
How much sugar did you add to the barrel when you primed it?
Conditioning: Wherry, Cherry Wine, Bottled Cherry Wheat Beer.
Planning: Wherry + mod, St Peter's Ruby
Drinking: Bought Crabbies, St Peter's (Tasty...and for the pretty bottles :D)

Is down to either too much priming sugar or the beer was still fermenting when you put it in the barrel. The pressure will decrease as you drink the beer but if its building up again then it must still be fermenting quite a lot. If you get it cooler that will help too.

Open the tap so that barely a dribble comes out and I mean barely a dribble, it might take two minutes to fill a pint but it works (have another half glass handy to top up as required) and as Greg says the pressure reduces after a while.
Conditioning; Diabolo, TTL
Planning; SNPA
Drinking; Headcracker, Pinot Grigio, WTA

I think dan had a tip (brewing tips section) where he used a turkey baster attached to the tap so he got a better pint.
