Cider bottles
I've been dipping into last years cider and it tastes amazing. One thing I have learnt though is that the swing top bottles are much better as they have released a bit of gas and don't fizz over like the crown caps ones I did. I think I may have over primed them but the swing tops are just right, nicely fizzy but not explosive.
Didn't get time to do any cider this year as we have been too busy but definately going to get a batch together next year.
Planning:Maybe a lager.
