I have made to much cider, its finnished fermanting, I have filled up 2 big plastic fermenters and sealed them with a rubber bung!

How long can I store it like this?

Will it taste of plastic?

Should I add some campden tabs?

I have bottled some of it and added sugar, can I do this with the stuff I have stored when I have enough bottles in a few months!

Hi Lol, plastic is not ideal for long term storage, it would be better in glass. It will probably be okay for a few weeks though. Either bottles or glass demijohns would definitely be better.
I would add 1 campden tablet per gallon if you are planning to mature in demijohns for a while.

    Hope this helps.

    Planning:Maybe a lager.
    Fermenting:
    Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
    Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning
