I find a small amount works well in most bitters. If you want to use up more then you are looking at a stout or porter.

What sort of beer are you looking to make?

    Planning:Maybe a lager.
    Fermenting:
    Conditioning:Pale with Styrians
    Drinking:Cascade Pale Ale, Summer Lightning

Maybe a stout and/or a porter, as I would quite like to use most of it in a couple of brews.

    Ok maybe 3 brews

Vanilla porter is the only beer I make that is universally liked.
