Hi Greg

I tried to update my signature but it doesn't save the amendments. Any thoughts?

Mine seems to be okay. Are you pushing the update profile button?

Is anyone else having this issue???

Well, that's weird. There was something present in the New Password field when I edited my profile. Deleted that and all was OK with the update.

It was bottled on Wed and a I took a sneeky swig. It's quite bitter and I'm not sure whether it's a hop bitterness or something else. All hint of lime leaves has gone, there's no chilli, no ginger and no lemongrass coming through at all. All in all a bit of a flop!

I'll try this again in the future but next time I'll drop the lemongrass, grate the ginger and put all the spices in with a secondary fermentation. I think heating the lime leaves may be the source of the bitterness.

I'll see what it's like in a month or so but not optimistic.
