Brubox sediment
Just a few days away from being able to see whether my first Brubox has been a success. The beer sits on the yeast sediment in the bag/box. Is there a limit as to how long I can store the beer before it becomes tainted?

I would imagine that it would be fine for a month or so, it dosnt say anthing about time issues on brupaks web site. You could always ring brupaks direct, I found them to be very helpful.

I actually emailed them a while ago with another question - no reply. That said I imagine 10 litres should last a month.
