Bright Beer
Can anyone help, some friends had a big party at the weekend, a lot of bright beer has not been drunk.
I thought if I decanted into my pressure barrel and charged with C02 I could use it next week at our village street party.
So will it keep?
Should I add some priming sugar?
Any other ideas welcome!

Hi Laurence, what is it stored in at the moment?
When you say bright beer do you mean from a brewery?

Ah its all gone, was bright beer from brewery, and was in barrels.
You had the St Peter Red yet?

Yes I've tried the Ruby Red, nice beer. Not really my cup of tea but still nice.
